Vicki Chou is a Partner at Hueston Hennigan LLP where she represents individuals and companies in high stakes business disputes and criminal matters, including complex commercial litigation, intellectual property matters, SEC enforcement actions, and white collar criminal defense. Prior to joining Hueston Hennigan, she served as an Assistant United States Attorney in the Central District of California where she represented the United States in hundreds of criminal cases, including computer and internet fraud, intellectual property, money laundering, bank fraud, tax fraud, immigration fraud, drug trafficking, and racketeering offenses. Vicki is a graduate of Harvard College and Harvard Law School. She clerked for the Honorable Robert E. Payne, United States District Court Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia.


David H. Chao is an Assistant United States Attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California. Prior to joining the U.S. Attorney’s Office, David was an associate at Bird Marella. David is a graduate of Harvard College and Yale Law School. Following law school, he clerked for Hon. Richard Paez and Hon. Dorothy Nelson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and for Hon. Stephen V. Wilson of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

 

 


Jay Chen is the President of the Board of Trustees with Mount San Antonio Community College, a former school board president for Hacienda La Puente Unified, and an intelligence officer in the United States Navy Reserves. He is a candidate for Congress for California’s 39th Congressional District, which includes the San Gabriel Valley.
